Meet Our Staff!

Kim Van Driel – Veterinarian

Dr. Kim is originally from Ida Grove, IA where she grew up on a small family farm with a feedlot where she started her love for animals. She went to South Dakota State University for undergraduate schooling and received her DVM degree from Iowa State University in 2011. She moved to the New Hampton area in 2012 and started New Hampton Veterinary Clinic in 2017. Her husband Justin also works for the clinic with her. They have 2 children, Lane and Bristol, that enjoy helping around the vet clinic and on farm calls. They live on an acreage outside of New Hampton with 2 dogs, a few horses and some cats. Kim loves working with all types of animals and is very excited to be working with everyone here in the community.

Trinity Brincks – Veterinary Assistant

Trinity Brincks is a 2023 graduate from Sumner-Fredericksburg High School. She plans to attend NICC in the fall to receive her agriculture business degree online while continuing to work. She lives on the farm with her family where they raise herds of registered Hereford cattle, Boer goats, and commercial sheep, as well as crop farming. In her spare time, Trinity loves showing livestock, volunteering through 4H and FFA groups, and attending any local events as this year’s Chickasaw County Queen.
